Wedding

We are inching closer and closer to summer my friends and I can’t wait for those extra long evenings spent outdoors while the soft sound of music and laughter fill the air. In celebration of summer, my friend Erika, over at Leigh & Mitchell put together the loveliest urban wedding inspiration and I was so honored to shoot this pretty little number. Let me tell you, this girl does it all…from overall design and styling to stationary and the most beautiful floral arrangements. She’s one talented lady and such a gem to work with.

Our shoot took place at The Studio, a natural light photographer’s dream. White walls, white floors, a brick accent wall and lots and lots of windows. I love the color palette: yellow, orange, pink and green. The bride’s cascading bouquet is one of my all time favorites. We added a bit of urban elegance with a wooden table, ghost chairs and gold silverware. Pastel Cakes designed the sweetest cake and wedding favor cupcakes. I can’t imagine doing this shoot without my girl, Schona, by my side. She absolutely kills it on hair and make-up every single time. This lovely urban wedding inspiration has me so excited and inspired for weddings this summer. I can’t wait to see what all of my couples have in store. Happy Friday, friends!
