I strive to build a relationship with my couples so that it feels like they are being photographed by an old friend. One of the most effective ways I serve my clients is being there for them through every part of the process. Communicating effectively and being available to my clients is the foundation of my business. I take a personalized approach with each couple and dedicate myself to getting to know them to create the perfect wedding photo experience that tells their unique love story. In the end, I want my couples to look at their photographs and feel like they are transported back to their wedding day.

We will schedule a time to chat to go over what you can expect if you hire Catie Coyle Photography. I'll walk you through every step of the process. I want to hear everything you have envisioned and to have a clear understanding of what's important to you when it comes to photography and what you're looking for from your photographer. This is crucial in determining if we are the right fit for each other.

We'll work together to come up with a curated collection just for you and make our relationship official! I work closely with you on your wedding day timeline to ensure that you have ample time for all of the important moments.

Step Two

Engagement Session

Once your wedding date is booked we will start planning your engagement session. This is truly our opportunity to break the ice and bond. As a natural light photographer, I'll recommend the most ideal locations and times for us to capture your photos in beautiful light. You'll receive my What to Wear Guide, with guidance on what clothing and colors photograph best.

Your Wedding Day

I'm packed and ready to document the happiest day of your life. I'm celebrating right alongside you and cheering you on all day long! I'm photographing moments, big and small, and capturing all the details of the day.

Step Four

The Big Reveal

Within 1 week of your wedding you'll receive a slideshow highlighting the intimate moments from your wedding day. You'll receive an online gallery 4 - 6 weeks after the wedding with high-resolution, edited images available for immediate download. Each wedding collection includes a set amount of 4 x 6 prints of your favorite images, a custom flash drive and print release all delivered in a lovely linen box.
