Bonnie and Buck exude love and warm. They are just one of those couples who make an impression. I was immediately drawn to them when we met a few years ago at another wedding I photographed. They recently tied the knot in Leavenworth, a place that holds a very special place in their hearts. Roots Produce & Flower Farm is an ideal location for couples wanting to host an intimate garden wedding. It offers beautiful views of Wedge Mountain and Sleeping Lady. I can’t imagine Bonnie and Buck tying the knot anywhere else. The aesthetic of Roots Produce & Flower Farm suited the vibe of their wedding day perfectly.
Bonnie and Buck hosted a small ceremony with their nearest and dearest. Their day was laid back and charming and really about being present with their loved ones. We had ample time before the ceremony for couples portraits, which I always love. We began the day at the Post Hotel with portraits on the balcony, before heading to their favorite swimming hole; a place that offered sweeping views and killer light. A highlight from this day was getting to spot my very first bear. He happily watched the festivities up in a tree while snacking on apples, which is exactly where I would prefer him to be. The day ended just as perfectly as it began and I couldn’t have asked for anything better. I am beyond grateful that I got to celebrate alongside these two loves.
