Bonnie and Buck’s Intimate Leavenworth Wedding at Roots Produce

Wedding

Bonnie and Buck’s wedding was truly special. As a Leavenworth wedding photographer, I have captured many beautiful days in the Pacific Northwest. However, their celebration at Roots Produce and Flower Farm stood out for many reasons. From the peaceful morning portraits to the intimate ceremony surrounded by nature, every moment felt personal and meaningful. I could honestly revisit this day again and again.

Wedding Portraits at the Post Hotel

Since Bonnie and Buck valued photography, we collaborated closely to create a timeline that allowed plenty of time for portraits in locations that mattered to them. First, we started at the Post Hotel, where the couple shared a quiet moment on the balcony. Although the sky was overcast, it provided soft, even lighting that made the portraits look beautiful.

Fortunately, very few guests were present that morning, so their time together felt peaceful and private. Afterward, we went to their favorite swimming hole, a hidden spot with breathtaking mountain views. As a Leavenworth wedding photographer, I appreciate when couples choose locations that are meaningful and scenic. Consequently, the photos captured the stunning landscape along with their love.

Roots Produce and Flower Farm as a Leavenworth Wedding Venue

Bonnie and Buck selected Roots Produce and Flower Farm as their wedding venue, which perfectly suited their celebration. This intimate farm setting offers stunning views of Wedge Mountain and Sleeping Lady. Additionally, the open space and rustic charm added to the relaxed and natural feel of the day.

For couples seeking a laid-back and intimate venue in Leavenworth, Roots Produce and Flower Farm is an excellent option. Moreover, every detail of Bonnie and Buck’s wedding reflected their authentic personalities and easygoing vibe.

A Small Wedding Ceremony with a Big Surprise

Surrounded by their closest friends and family, Bonnie and Buck exchanged heartfelt vows in a laid-back ceremony. The focus was on presence, connection, and being fully in the moment with their loved ones.

Interestingly, as the ceremony unfolded, we had a surprising guest high up in a nearby tree. A bear had wandered in and was happily snacking on apples, watching the event from a safe distance. It was a uniquely Northwest touch and added a lighthearted moment that everyone will remember.
